Business Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic School Business Manager for a high-performing secondary school in Clifton. This role is for an October 2026 start. We are looking for an individual who can lead by example in the administrative office, helping students and staff through organised and efficient business management.

Responsibilities

• Transform the school’s business processes through modern digital workflows

• Lead on the management of the school’s risk register and continuity planning

• Coordinate the induction of non-teaching staff and professional development

• Manage the school’s budget to ensure maximum impact on student outcomes

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in a relevant field or significant professional experience in SBM

• High standards of professional conduct and communication

• Must have the right to work in the UK

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: £47,000 – £55,000

• Full-time, permanent position (Part-time considered for the right candidate)
