Our client is a well-established media and broadcasting company with a nationwide footprint, reaching over 20 million listeners weekly through dozens of radio stations across multiple U.S. markets. With a rich history spanning six decades, the company blends legacy media reach with a growing digital presence, serving advertisers, communities, and audiences through radio, digital platforms, and live events.
Why does this role exist?
This role exists because the client needs a dedicated creative partner who can translate their brand and campaign vision into polished, ready-to-use visual assets across every channel they operate in — from radio branding and events to digital advertising and sales collateral. As the company runs campaigns across many stations, markets, and departments simultaneously, they need someone who can independently manage a high volume of design requests without sacrificing quality or consistency. Ultimately, this hire will free up the Corporate Creative, Marketing, Digital, and Sales teams to move faster by giving them a reliable, self-directed designer who can execute confidently from concept to final file. This is a dedicated design execution role — it is intentionally scoped to multimedia/graphic design and does not extend into social media management, marketing strategy, or web development.
The Impact you’ll make
Brand & Campaign Design
- Develop branding and creative assets for radio stations, events, and campaigns
- Design logos, advertisements, print collateral, vehicle graphics, web graphics, and digital ads
- Create cohesive visual campaigns that work seamlessly across print, websites, apps, and social media
Sales & Presentation Materials
- Create customized sales proposals, presentations, and marketing packages
- Translate designs into fully editable PowerPoint presentations for sales teams
Digital & Web Content
- Develop digital ads and other creative products for the clients brands
- Design, update, and maintain visual content for WordPress websites
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Corporate Creative, Marketing, Digital, and Sales teams on campaigns and events
- Participate in creative brainstorming and concept development sessions
Project & Workflow Management
- Manage multiple concurrent design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
- Support video editing and multimedia projects as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
- Professional Graphic/Multimedia Design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital advertising, social media, and marketing materials
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Hands-on experience using WordPress to create and edit website content
- Hands-on experience using PowerPoint to produce fully editable presentations
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

- Technical Skills
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of WordPress for website content updates
- Strong PowerPoint design skills for editable, sales-ready presentations
- Ability to translate a single design concept across multiple platforms and formats (print, digital, social, web)
- Video editing skills (a strong plus, not required)

- Highly creative with strong attention to detail
- Self-directed and comfortable working independently with minimal oversight

- Clear, professional communicator in both written and verbal English
WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

Work Setup:
- Remote position

Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm Eastern Time
Compensation:
- $7 per hour
- No benefits package included
