We are now signing on Sales Partners to join our fundraising team in several locations around Finland! 🤝

The role in a nutshell:

- Face-to-face Fundraising: actively signing up new monthly donors for our charity projects

 - Outdoor and indoor sales in various locations, including Helsinki airport and malls

- Compensation consists of commissions and bonuses, with us we aim to take your earnings to the next level! 📈

- 3-6 shifts per week: shift list is made based on your wishes, this offers you flexibility and freedom

What we look for in your profile:
🇬🇧🇺🇸 Excellent communication skills in English, 🇫🇮 Finnish and Swedish is a stong benefit

🤝 Entrepreneurial mindset – you’ll work as an independent partner with light entrepreneurship, and we’ll support you at the beginning if this is new to you. This work model has many benefits!

What we offer you:
🕑 Flexible working hours: shifts available every day of the week between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM, including weekends. Shift lengths are 6–8 hours.
🎓 Learn and develop your sales skills with the support of a personal sales coach.
