Recruiter - DART Program

The DART program is a rotational program designed to provide broad exposure to business operations. Program participants gain hands-on experience, receive leadership development, and join a connected group committed to accelerating career growth through performance.

What Youll Do

• Develop collaborative relationships with recruiting partners and managers
• Screen candidates for fit, quality, and potential
• Communicate updates and progress weekly to recruiting partners
• Attend recruiting and community events
• Understand high-level hiring goals and align work with those goals to meet the needs of the team
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through communication
• Ability to travel
• Work in office when needed

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors or associate degree in Business, Organizational Leadership or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization, time management, and computer proficiency
• Self-motivated with a desire to exceed goals
• Acceptable driving record and a valid drivers license in your state of residence.
