Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Agile Coach and Jira Administrator to join the Central Marketing team. The position will be based in West Hartford, CT or Remote. This role combines the strategic coaching and transformation focus of an Agile Coach with hands-on Jira administration, organizational change leadership, delivery excellence, and team enablement responsibilities. The individual will help teams adopt and mature Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and flow-based practices while serving as a mentor, trainer, facilitator, and change agent across the organization.

Senior Agile Coach and Jira Administrator serves as a strategic leader driving organizational agility, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement across the Central Marketing Team (CMKT). This role combines Agile coaching, organizational change leadership, and hands-on Jira administration to help teams adopt and mature Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and flow-based practices. Responsibilities include coaching teams, Product Owners, leaders, and stakeholders; facilitating Agile ceremonies and workshops; developing training programs; removing impediments; and championing data-driven performance improvement.
