The Specification Consultant will establish, grow, and maintain a strong presence within the specification and contractor communities. Develop and maintain a project pipeline reflective of market opportunities. Increase awareness among all relevant stakeholders on the value of the company’s complete electrical and data communication infrastructure systems and solutions. The successful candidate is accountable for meeting and exceeding territory quota.

The Specification Consultant establishes and strengthens relationships within the specification, contractor, and end-user communities to increase awareness and adoption of the company’s electrical and data communication infrastructure solutions. This role develops and maintains a strong project pipeline, secures product specifications, and provides design assistance, training, continuing education, and project support to A&E firms, electrical contractors, and key stakeholders. The consultant collaborates with sales teams and distribution partners to support business reviews, training, and trade shows, while maximizing CRM and sales tools, effectively managing territory activities, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
