Senior Systems Administrator

Location: West Hartford, CT, United States; Remote

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Systems Administrator to join the Legrand North America Corporate Team remotely. We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator with a focus on Identity Management (AD/Entra ID), workstation management and endpoint security. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering Active Directory (AD/Entra ID), Intune, Office 365, and key infrastructure applications. Additionally, they will continuously enhance our endpoint cybersecurity posture, providing escalation support for Modern Workplace incidents, requests and changes, and executing large-scale PC migrations and deployments. This role requires a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, workstation management, endpoint security, and a proactive approach to improving our internal IT processes and infrastructure.

The Senior Systems Administrator will work with global, regional, and local IT teams and may require periodic travel to support Legrand initiatives and Americas (AM) Infrastructure Team operations.

The Senior Systems Administrator is a senior-level IT role responsible for managing and securing the organizations modern workplace technology environment across the Americas region. This position oversees identity and access management, endpoint and workstation administration, Microsoft 365 services, cybersecurity initiatives, and infrastructure support while serving as a technical escalation point for complex issues. The role works closely with global, regional, and local IT teams to improve processes, support large-scale technology deployments and migrations, maintain compliance with security standards, and drive continuous improvements that enhance operational efficiency, user experience, and overall technology performance.
