Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager to join the Integrated AV Division. This is a remote position. The National Account Manager is responsible for creating and executing account plans for assigned AV Integrator partners. Activities include driving product adoption, strategizing to uncover international, national and local market opportunities, guiding regional sales team to take local actionable activities, collaborating with other Legrand associates and departments to achieve assigned targets.

The National Account Manager will act as the primary relationship owner with assigned AV Integrator partners ensuring strong communication channels, program creation and execution, and aligned go-to-market strategies.

The National Account Manager develops and executes strategic account plans for assigned AV Integrator partners to drive revenue growth, product adoption, and market expansion. This role serves as the primary relationship owner, building strong executive-level partnerships and aligning go-to-market strategies to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing partner programs, conducting business reviews, supporting regional sales engagement, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams. The position also oversees customer relationships, sales reporting, training initiatives, trade show participation, and issue resolution while promoting company values and ensuring partner success through effective communication, planning, and execution.
