Field Service Supervisor

Location: Canonsburg, PA, United States; Hybrid

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Supervisor to join the Data Center Power and Control Starline Team in Canonsburg, PA. The Field Service Supervisor role will supervise Starline’s Field Service Technicians. The Supervisor works directly with Technicians, Coordinators, Sales, End Users, and Contractors to ensure that all services are completed on time and to a high degree of quality. The employee must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.

The Field Service Supervisor oversees field service operations and supports a team of technicians to ensure customer projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with a high level of quality. Responsibilities include providing day-to-day leadership, reviewing field reports, supporting project quoting, coordinating equipment and materials, managing inventory, and training and mentoring technicians. The role also partners with customers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues, improve service delivery, and support business growth.
