The Education and Training Coordinator has the responsibility of supporting customer and employee learning programs by managing LMS activities, coordinating training operations, assisting learners, maintaining training documentation, and supporting education-related projects and product releases.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may also be assigned.

 

• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring a seamless learning experience for users
• Coordinate training-related processes, including product and release support activities
• Provide administrative, documentation, and operational support for the Education and Training team
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external learners, assisting with LMS-related inquiries and support needs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support education initiatives, program execution, and continuous process improvement
• Contribute to special projects and other training and development initiatives as assigned

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience in training coordination, learning administration, customer education, project coordination, or a related field
• Experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS) and developing eLearning content
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Preferred: Experience with Intellum LMS, Evolve, Camtasia, Canva, customer education programs, or healthcare technology/SaaS environments
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
