Job Description Summary:

This role is responsible for planning, sourcing, and researching products for development, with a strong focus on driving online sales growth. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough market research, identifying emerging trends, and analyzing high-demand products to deliver strategic outcomes. This position also involves maintaining strong supplier relationships, sourcing quality products, and optimizing sales strategies across various e-commerce platforms to maximize performance while managing costs and revenue.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze AMZ sales data and market trends to identify online market needs.
• Conduct competitor analysis for product insights
• Brainstorm new product ideas tailored for online platforms.
• Prepare reference samples and align packaging design direction with the design team as needed.
• Source qualified vendors, request quotations and samples, evaluate COG and quality.
• Conduct vendor audits and manage communication throughout development
• Create launch plans, issue POs, and coordinate schedules (production, ETA/ETD).
• Communicate updates and align with marketing, logistics, and design teams.
• Complete SAP system setup for new items.
• Support online launch preparation

Qualifications:

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• 2+ years of experience in product development or eCommerce
• Knowledge of market research, product lifecycle, and regulatory compliance
• Strong communication, strategic thinking, project management, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects

Preferred:

• Experience in retail or consumer goods industry

The anticipated compensation range is

19.25 - 36.55 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
