Kerma Games builds the technology that powers modern, social-first gaming experiences. Through our proprietary sportsbook and casino engine, we enable partners to launch fully branded, legally compliant gaming products combining real social interaction, predictive gameplay, and casino entertainment in one unified experience.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a talented Marketing / Artist Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work across brand, marketing, product, social media, website, events, sales and advertising, creating high-quality visual assets that support both our day-to-day marketing activities and major product and game launches.

You will play a key role in bringing our brand and campaigns to life across multiple channels and formats, from social media and digital campaigns to game launches, websites, presentations, video and events. The ideal candidate is a creative and proactive designer who can work independently, move quickly, and translate ideas and marketing objectives into strong visual concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual assets across brand, marketing, campaigns, product, social media, website, sales, media and events.
• Develop and execute campaign concepts and creative directions across multiple channels and formats.
• Design assets for digital campaigns, social media, commercial initiatives and brand communications.
• Create engaging social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Stories, Reels and YouTube.
• Develop creative assets for game launches, including static, animated and video content.
• Support website and landing page design, including banners, hero images, campaign pages, product visuals and other web assets.
• Create sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, sales decks, one-pagers, brochures and other commercial materials.
• Produce editorial, media and advertising assets, including digital banners and publication-ready materials.
• Design event and print materials, including signage, screens, invitations, flyers and other event collateral.
• Create and edit short-form video, motion graphics, animated social content, launch teasers and promotional videos.
• Create reusable templates and scalable design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across the team.
• Adapt creative concepts across different channels, formats, dimensions and audiences while maintaining visual consistency.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of marketing and brand design, including typography, layout, visual hierarchy and brand consistency.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with the ability to turn marketing objectives into compelling visual ideas.
• Proactive, independent and solution-oriented approach to creative work.
• Ability to use AI creative tools to support ideation and production.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience with motion design and video editing.
• Strong knowledge of relevant design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects and/or Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Canva is a plus.
• Experience in gaming, iGaming, technology or another digital-first industry is a plus.
