Adult Services Clinician (KRCC - Work from Home/OP office)

Location: KY

POSITION: Adult Services Clinician

COMPANY: Kentucky River Community Care

WORKSITE: Work from Home/OP office (must live in KY and no more than 2 hour drive from Hazard, KY)

SHIFT: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Regular Full-Time

CREDENTIALS REQUIRED: Must have either LCSW, LPCC, or be a Licensed Psychologist.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Experience providing outpatient therapy via telehealth to adults with serious mental illness; Excellent computer skills related to an electronic medical record; Organized and able to meet deadlines for documentation requirements.

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide assessments, screenings, treatment plans, and therapy to adults with behavioral health
  needs.
• Complete all required documentation in the electronic medical record according to agency and
  State guidelines.
• Collaborate with providers of other services such as case management, peer support,
  medication management, and community support.
• Meet all direct service requirements
