As the Service Crew, we rely on you to:
Greet customers, escort them to their tables and prepare tables for service efficiently to create a positive dining experience
Accurately take customer orders and collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Take reservations and respond promptly to customers inquires
Serve food and beverages promptly
Collect payment from customers and perform other cashiering duties if required
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and restaurant in line with SOPs and food hygiene/ safety regulations, such as adherence to SFAs standards
Follow Operational SOPs consistently to support smooth restaurant operations
Demonstrate sound knowledge of the restaurant menu and products to provide excellent service
Any other duties as assigned
We are looking for someone who has:
1-3 years of relevant experience preferably in Fine Dining
Prior experience working in a preopening team would be advantageous
Possess strong knowledge in food (relevant cuisine) and beverage
Comfortable with flexible work hours including shifts, split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
