The successful candidate will support key transformation programmes, including a Salesforce Service Cloud transformation, service process rollouts, and Transportation Management System (TMS) implementation. You will work closely with project teams, business stakeholders and end users to ensure smooth transitions, effective adoption of new systems and processes, and successful delivery of change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement change management strategies, roadmaps and plans aligned with project objectives and business priorities.

  • Change Impact Assessment: Identify and assess the impact of new systems, processes and organisational changes on business functions, stakeholders and end users.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identify key stakeholders, manage stakeholder relationships and develop engagement strategies to ensure alignment and commitment throughout the transformation.

  • Communication Management: Design and coordinate communication plans to ensure timely, clear and consistent messaging across European teams and business units.

  • Training and User Enablement: Coordinate training needs assessments, training materials, learning activities and user enablement initiatives to support effective adoption of new systems and processes.

  • Go-Live Readiness and Hypercare: Support business readiness assessments, go-live planning, post-implementation hypercare and continuous improvement activities.

  • Adoption and Change Effectiveness: Define and monitor adoption KPIs, gather user feedback, measure change effectiveness and recommend corrective actions where required.

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate change-related deliverables, effort estimates, resource requirements, dependencies and timelines in collaboration with project managers and implementation teams.

  • Multi-Country Rollouts: Support the implementation of standardised processes and systems across multiple European markets while considering local business requirements and cultural differences.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve change management practices, user experience and long-term adoption of new technologies and ways of working.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Organisational Change Management (OCM), preferably within IT transformation or digital transformation programmes.

  • Proven experience developing and executing change management strategies, impact assessments and implementation plans.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.

  • Experience coordinating training, user enablement and organisational readiness activities.

  • Experience supporting IT system implementations, business process changes and multi-country rollouts.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, business users and technical delivery teams.

  • Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.

  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking adoption metrics, collecting feedback and assessing change effectiveness.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote, international project environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud transformation or rollout programmes is a significant advantage.

  • Experience in customer service transformation, CRM implementations or service process optimisation.

  • Exposure to Transportation Management System (TMS) implementation or logistics transformation initiatives.

  • Experience working within large-scale, cross-functional IT transformation programmes.

  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotters Change Model.

Contract and Availability

  • Freelance / B2B engagement.

  • Remote working arrangement based in Sweden.

  • Availability during European business hours.

  • Immediate availability is preferred.

  • Willingness to travel within Europe approximately 10% of the time.

What We Offer:

  • A dynamic and innovative workplace driving advancements in cutting-edge robotic technologies

  • The opportunity to collaborate with talented cross-functional teams on meaningful and impactful projects

  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package

  • A supportive culture that fosters continuous learning, growth, and professional development

  • Flexible hybrid working model for an optimal work-life balance
