Job Description

Were looking for a motivated and results-driven Online Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through digital channels, building strong customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your ability to connect with customers online and close deals is essential to our success.

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers through virtual communication channels, including email and live chat
• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients using digital platforms and sales tools
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through online research, networking, and lead generation activities
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information to address client needs
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and deal closure
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed individual sales quotas and performance targets on a consistent basis
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, strategies, and market insights
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product value clearly
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms (email and instant messaging)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers quickly
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and competitive drive
• Preferred: Experience with email marketing, social media selling, or digital marketing strategies
• Preferred: Knowledge of negotiation techniques and closing strategies
• Preferred: Familiarity with data analysis and sales forecasting tools
