Duties

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of marketing campaigns, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Google Ads to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing engagement metrics to boost brand awareness
• Oversee email marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring targeted messaging and high open rates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B (business-to-business) marketing initiatives, supporting lead generation and client engagement efforts
• Utilize project management skills to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets
• Monitor campaign performance metrics regularly, providing detailed reports and insights to inform strategic decisions

Experience

• Proven experience in marketing analysis or digital marketing roles with a focus on data interpretation and strategic planning
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management tools
• Demonstrated ability in project management with excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations; familiarity with WordPress for website updates
• Skilled in copywriting with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging across various channels
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop for creating visual content is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
• Leadership qualities that enable effective management of projects or junior team members are advantageous
