Job Description

Bitarchitects is looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with 2+ years of experience in customer service, client support, or a related field who enjoys communicating with people, assisting with inquiries, and providing professional support. This is an opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-growing company.

What Youll Do:

• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Provide clear and helpful responses while addressing questions and requests.
• Review and qualify incoming inquiries, gather project details, and coordinate calls with the appropriate team members when further discussion is needed.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, communications, and follow-up activities.
• Assist with administrative tasks, document preparation, and maintaining organized records.

Qualifications

What Were Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, client support, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional, organized, and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to listen, understand needs, and handle inquiries effectively.
• Fluent in English.

• Fully remote work.
• Working hours: 8:00 AM ET to 5:00 PM ET (Washington, DC time).
