Accountabilities:

Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve indexing issues, improve website performance, and optimize Core Web Vitals.
Monitor and improve technical website health, ensuring fast loading times, accessibility, and efficient search engine crawling and indexing.
Manage internal linking structures, XML sitemaps, and international SEO configurations to strengthen website architecture and search visibility.
Implement and optimize Schema Markup and structured data to help search engine crawlers better understand website content.
Develop and implement content strategies focused on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), adapting technical materials and keyword strategies to conversational search queries.
Optimize content visibility across AI-powered search platforms, including ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews.
Audit and configure tracking events through Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring accurate data collection and measurement.
Maintain reliable analytics configurations in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), monitoring organic traffic performance and traffic originating from AI platforms.
Develop performance dashboards that connect organic and AI-driven traffic with lead generation and CRM conversion metrics.
Analyze SEO performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.
Stay informed about emerging digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence applications, identifying opportunities to improve marketing processes, customer experiences, and business results.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Technical SEO, preferably within technology companies or B2B SaaS environments.
Strong proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Hands-on experience with SEO auditing and keyword research tools such as Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Ahrefs.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in the context of SEO, particularly JavaScript rendering and search engine indexing.
Up-to-date knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), including how they process, interpret, and rank information.
Understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and strategies for improving content visibility across AI-powered search platforms.
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence technologies, tools, applications, and emerging concepts.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into actionable optimization strategies.
Digital-first mindset, curiosity about emerging technologies, and genuine interest in understanding how AI can transform marketing processes and business outcomes.
Nice to have:
Previous experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
Familiarity with HubSpot ecosystems, particularly Marketing Hub and CMS management.
Experience with international SEO strategies or expansion into LATAM markets.
Spanish language proficiency, particularly for supporting international content and SEO initiatives.
