Working closely with analysts, product owners, technical teams, and leadership, you will translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions. Your work will improve operational efficiency, strengthen data visibility, and support informed decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with independent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.

Accountabilities:

You will lead hands-on development and enhancement of Power Platform solutions, ensuring applications, automations, and dashboards meet business requirements and remain secure, reliable, and maintainable. You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple programs, manage competing priorities, and deliver solutions that improve workflows and provide actionable insights.

    • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain advanced Microsoft Power Apps applications for product management, project tracking, documentation, portfolio activities, and operational workflows.
    • Translate business requirements into functional, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions with minimal supervision.
    • Manage and prioritize development backlogs, deliver enhancements iteratively, and communicate progress, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
    • Integrate Power Apps with Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, and other approved data sources.
    • Troubleshoot and improve application performance, usability, data quality, integrations, permissions, and security.
    • Develop Power Automate workflows to connect systems, automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual effort, and improve business processes.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot existing automations to ensure reliability as operational requirements evolve.
    • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards that consolidate information from multiple sources.
    • Perform data transformation, modeling, and validation to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
    • Create clear, actionable visualizations that support leadership decisions and delivery team performance monitoring.
    • Use Azure DevOps data, work items, and reporting capabilities to support portfolio management, backlog tracking, delivery monitoring, and performance measurement.
    • Connect Azure DevOps information with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI where appropriate.
    • Support Power Platform requirements across multiple programs, balancing competing priorities and identifying opportunities to reuse solutions across teams.
    • Apply Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) concepts, particularly portfolio management and execution tracking, when designing applications and reports.
    • Collaborate with program teams, analysts, product owners, and leadership to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, incorporate feedback, and refine deliverables.
    • Develop technical documentation and provide guidance to support user adoption, knowledge transfer, and long-term solution maintenance.
    • Help teams transition to new applications, dashboards, and automated workflows while maintaining visibility into delivery progress.
    • Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions in complex enterprise environments. Advanced Power Apps development expertise is essential, alongside practical experience with reporting, automation, integrations, and Azure DevOps. You should be able to work independently, communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and adapt to changing business needs.

      • 6–8 years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions in complex enterprise environments.
      • Strong demonstrated experience designing and developing advanced Power Apps applications for business or program teams.
      • Experience integrating Power Apps with Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, and other data sources.
      • Proven ability to troubleshoot and improve application performance, usability, security, and maintainability.
      • Experience building Power BI dashboards using multiple data sources, including data transformation, modeling, and validation.
      • Experience integrating Microsoft Azure DevOps with Power Platform solutions for reporting, workflow automation, and performance metrics.
      • Working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), particularly portfolio management and execution concepts.
      • Ability to manage multiple development priorities across teams and programs.
      • Strong analytical thinking, technical judgment, and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to independently translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, application quality, and security.
      • Comfort working in an environment where requirements, priorities, and delivery needs may evolve.
      • Must be a U.S. citizen.
