    • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, People, and Operations teams to understand business objectives, define key metrics, and identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
    • Own the full analytics lifecycle, including clarifying business questions, selecting appropriate datasets, conducting analysis, delivering insights, and ensuring findings lead to actionable decisions.

    • Contribute to improvements across the data platform, including data modeling, pipeline enhancements, debugging, and resolving data inconsistencies.
    • Translate business needs into clear analytical solutions and communicate complex data findings in a way that enables non-technical stakeholders to take action.
    • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making by improving accessibility, reliability, and understanding of business information.
    • Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a curious and business-oriented analyst who combines strong technical capabilities with excellent communication skills and a passion for solving ambiguous problems.

      • 3+ years of experience in an analytics-focused role such as Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Business Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or similar position.
      • Proven experience acting as an analytics partner for business teams such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, or Operations.
      • Strong SQL skills and experience working directly with data warehouses to independently answer complex business questions.
      • Experience building and maintaining datasets, dashboards, and reporting solutions used by non-technical stakeholders.
      • Comfortable working in version-controlled environments using tools such as Git, branches, pull requests, and code reviews.
      • Ability to investigate data discrepancies, understand root causes, and communicate findings clearly.
      • Strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to challenge assumptions and uncover the real question behind business requests.
      • Ability to work effectively with incomplete requirements and create structure in ambiguous situations.
      • Experience using AI tools in daily workflows, with the ability to validate AI-generated insights and explain verification methods.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining data limitations, context, and recommendations.
      • Experience with Python, dbt, Looker/LookML, Snowflake, ClickHouse, subscription businesses, fintech, or high-volume data environments is a plus.
      • Benefits:

        • Competitive equity package in a fast-growing technology company backed by leading investors.
        • Extended 10-year exercise window for vested equity options.
        • Fully remote and flexible work environment.
        • Suggested 4–5 weeks of annual time off to support mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
        • $2,000 USD workspace setup allowance.
