Overview

The Affiliate Success Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and success of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) Affiliates. This position is responsible for fostering strong relationships with Client Managers and Affiliates, facilitating effective communication, and optimizing the flow of information. The Affiliate Success Coordinator is a proactive problem solver who supports the companys core values and commitment to quality, driving initiatives that enhance affiliate engagement and performance. 

Responsibilities

Affiliate and Client Relationship Management: 

• Build and nurture strong relationships with Client Managers and Affiliates to effectively fill open positions. 

• Serve as a primary point of contact for Affiliates, providing high-level customer service and support. 

Communication and Coordination: 

• Facilitate clear and efficient communication between outside agencies, Client Managers, and internal teams via phone and email. 

• Coordinate job postings and manage the review and acceptance of initial submission packets. 

Process Management and Optimization: 

• Oversee the candidate job cycling process through Pulse, ensuring timely and accurate updates. 

• Manage Agency/Hospital Work Orders and address timesheet discrepancies between agencies, hospitals, and payroll. 

Performance Evaluation and Improvement: 

• Evaluate affiliate performance and provide feedback to enhance their effectiveness. 

• Collaborate with MSP Account Managers and Placement Specialists to match candidates with suitable job opportunities. 

Technology and Data Management: 

• Navigate third-party software and leverage technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency. 

• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years of exceptional customer service experience. 

• High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with strong internet research skills. 

• Self-motivated with excellent judgment and decision-making abilities. 

• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and strong team player. 

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with superior organizational skills.
