Job Summary
Designs, analyzes, modifies, and integrates robotics, automation, technologies and processes related to equipment and tooling for applicability to programs and products. Develops, implements, and tests preventative maintenance plans, interim solutions for damaged and unsafe equipment, and tooling. Investigates and documents engineering changes and controls equipment and tooling configuration in accordance with standard operating procedures. Develops and recommends equipment reliability improvements through the application of reliability engineering tooling.

Lead project delivery across design, analysis, integration, and validation of automation systems; define architectures, specifications, and acceptance criteria; guide test planning, data collection, and performance verification; drive reliability engineering and maintainability improvements; manage change control, documentation, and configuration integrity; coordinate cross-functional interfaces and readiness for deployment; embed safety, quality, and compliance in solutions; mentor contributors and promote standardized practices to ensure operational excellence.

• Здійснює проєктування, аналіз, модифікацію та інтеграцію рішень у сфері робототехніки, автоматизації, технологій і процесів, пов’язаних з обладнанням та технологічним оснащенням, для їх застосування у програмах і продуктах компанії.

• Розробляє, впроваджує та тестує плани превентивного технічного обслуговування, а також тимчасові рішення для пошкодженого або небезпечного обладнання й оснащення.

• Проводить аналіз і документування інженерних змін, забезпечує контроль конфігурації обладнання та оснащення відповідно до затверджених стандартних операційних процедур.

• Ініціює та рекомендує заходи з підвищення надійності обладнання шляхом застосування інструментів і методологій reliability engineering.

Освіта та досвід

• Як правило, вимагається 4–8 років релевантного професійного досвіду

• Повна вища освіта (ступінь бакалавра або магістра) є обов’язковою

Основні обов’язки

• Забезпечує управління реалізацією проєктів у напрямках проєктування, аналізу, інтеграції та валідації систем автоматизації; визначає архітектуру рішень, технічні специфікації та критерії приймання.

• Координує процеси планування випробувань, збору даних і підтвердження експлуатаційних характеристик.

• Ініціює та впроваджує заходи з підвищення надійності й ремонтопридатності обладнання.

• Забезпечує управління змінами, ведення технічної документації та підтримання цілісності конфігурації.

• Координує взаємодію між функціональними командами та забезпечує готовність рішень до впровадження.

• Інтегрує вимоги безпеки, якості та відповідності нормативним стандартам у процес розробки рішень.

• Сприяє розвитку команди шляхом наставництва та впровадження стандартизованих практик для досягнення операційної ефективності.

Ключові навички та компетенції

• Високий рівень експертизи у сфері автоматизації, робототехніки та системної інтеграції

• Здатність ефективно управляти обсягом робіт, термінами реалізації та ризиками

• Розвинені навички комунікації та структурованого формулювання вимог і рішень

• Досвід аналізу складних масивів даних і результатів тестувань для прийняття обґрунтованих рішень

• Практичне застосування методологій reliability, maintainability та validation engineering

• Досвід впровадження ініціатив безперервного вдосконалення та стандартизації процесів

• Здатність забезпечувати ефективну взаємодію між технічними та операційними командами

• Володіння Англійською мовою на рівні від В1+ та вижче
