Based in Europe, this attorney will provide legal counsel and governance oversight on environmental compliance and supply chain due diligence, including product regulatory compliance and corporate disclosure and reporting requirements, supporting Jabils operations across more than 100 sites worldwide.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on environmental compliance and supply chain due diligence laws and regulations.
• Oversee corporate disclosure and reporting obligations related to environmental and social compliance matters.
• Guide product compliance and environmental regulatory matters affecting Jabils manufacturing operations, including chemicals, product-content, and waste management requirements.
• Support environmental permitting and facility compliance across Jabils manufacturing sites.
• Assess environmental due diligence and liability matters in connection with acquisitions and new operational sites.
• Manage incident response and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Jabils regulatory compliance management systems.
• Lead legal review and support for compliance audits, customer assessments, and corrective action plans.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and Legal teams to strengthen compliance across Jabils global operations and supply chain.
• Monitor and interpret emerging regulatory developments and advise business leaders on risk and compliance strategy.

Education and Experience

• Juris Doctor (JD), LLM, or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensed attorney in good standing in an EU member state or the UK.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant legal experience in environmental law, supply chain compliance, regulatory compliance, or related fields.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations and global manufacturing or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of internationally recognized social compliance and human rights frameworks.
• Experience advising on supply chain due diligence or product compliance regulations is preferred.
