Responsibilities
• Lead end to end production of high performing YouTube content, from ideation and pre production through final delivery
• Develop original concepts, formats, and narrative structures engineered for audience retention and channel growth
• Manage production workflows, schedules, budgets, and logistics with precision
• Direct talent and crews, ensuring clarity, energy, and consistency across every shoot
• Resolve production challenges quickly with innovative, resourceful solutions
• Use analytics and performance insights to refine creative strategy and strengthen future content
• Uphold uncompromising quality standards that align with the channel’s creative vision
