Reporting to our Financial Controller, youll support banking activity across multiple entities, currencies and regions while helping identify opportunities to make our processes faster, simpler and more efficient.

Job Description

The Opportunity

As Banking & Treasury Analyst, youll take ownership of banking transaction processing and reconciliations across Insights global banking network.

Youll work closely with colleagues across Finance and support operations covering the UK, US, APAC and other international entities.

This role sits within Treasury but is primarily focused on the banking operations that enable the wider business to function effectively.

Alongside the day-to-day responsibilities, youll have the opportunity to help improve and modernise how we operate, identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement that reduce manual effort and create capacity for higher-value finance activities.

What Youll Be Doing

• Processing and posting daily banking transactions across multiple global entities.
• Ensuring accurate coding and allocation of banking transactions within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Performing daily, weekly and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple currencies and bank accounts.
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies between bank statements and finance systems.
• Working closely with internal finance teams and banking partners to resolve transactional queries.
• Supporting month-end and year-end activities through accurate and timely completion of banking processes.
• Assisting with treasury activities including cash forecasting, cash management and liquidity planning.
• Maintaining clear documentation and audit trails for all banking activities.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve manual processes through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across Global Finance.

Qualifications

What Were Looking For

Were interested in hearing from finance professionals who enjoy transactional finance, banking operations or reconciliations and take pride in delivering accurate, dependable work.

You may currently work in banking operations, treasury administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management or a similar finance environment.

Most importantly, youll combine strong attention to detail with a mindset focused on improvement and efficiency.

What matters most is your ability to demonstrate:

• Experience working in a transactional finance or banking environment.
• Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience processing high volumes of financial transactions accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Confidence working across multiple systems and large datasets.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience working with multiple currencies and international transactions.
• An interest in process improvement, automation or AI-driven efficiencies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, treasury operations or global banking environments would be advantageous, although not essential.
• We value practical experience and capability above formal qualifications and welcome applications from candidates who are qualified by experience.
