This is a hands-on, commercially focused role for someone who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution—taking high-level leadership goals from idea through to organized, measurable, and scalable processes. You will identify bottlenecks, manage internal systems, oversee cross-functional projects, and align stakeholders to keep operations scaling smoothly.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• 📈 Business Process Optimization: Manage and improve core business processes, building and refining workflows and SOPs to eliminate operational bottlenecks.

• 🎯 Strategic Execution: Support leadership with operational planning, turning high-level business priorities into structured, actionable plans.

• 📊 KPI & System Management: Monitor operational KPIs and deliverables while managing internal software systems and technology implementations.

• 🤝 Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional projects, managing alignment across vendors, internal team members, and external stakeholders.

• 🚀 Growth & Special Projects: Assist with key business growth initiatives, process enhancements, and operational scaling projects.

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

⭐ Core Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in business operations, operations management, project management, or a related field.

• Business Acumen: Strong commercial mindset with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Process Discipline: Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Communication: Professional written and spoken English communication with strong stakeholder-management skills.

• Self-Direction: Comfortable working with limited supervision and driving tasks to completion independently.

• Workplace Setup: Based in South Africa with an owned reliable laptop, fast and stable internet connection, and full commitment to U.S. business hours.
