Full Time Sales Associate & Customer Service Representative

Job Description

We are looking to hire full time entry level sales associates and customer service representatives. This position offers rapid growth with most candidates advancing to management immediately after training.

Though experience in the industry is a plus, none is required for this position - all training is provided.

We thoroughly train our team from the ground up, offering a 6-8 month professional business management training program. On-site workshops and one-on-one mentoring with our experienced core leaders will help you develop essential skills to thrive and succeed in a burgeoning industry. 

Ideal candidates must be fun, enthusiastic, willing to learn, and versatile. Excellent communications skills are a must.

Qualifications

* Attends high volume customer inquires by answering product and service questions; providing information about products and services.

* Resolves product or service issues by clarifying the customers complaint; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

* Maintains and updates customer account information.

* Prepares daily reports for the management.

* Highly organized and follow up skills to ensure good customer service experience.
