Value Engineering & AI Solutions Manager

We are looking for a Value Engineering & AI Solutions Manager to join our clients Global Center of Excellence. In this role, you will own the Value Modeling Platform (Mediafly) while building custom AI applications and agents (using Claude Code, GPT, Gemini) to automate and scale how sales teams demonstrate ROI to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Value Platform Ownership: Manage ROI models, calculators, and Mediafly content; lead the transition to the next-generation value platform.

• Hands-on AI Building: Design, code, and deploy internal AI agents and tools using Claude Code and APIs to solve concrete business pain points.

• Integrations & Data: Connect the value platform, internal AI apps, and CRM/analytics systems into a unified architecture.

• Adoption & Strategy: Partner with Sales and IT to drive tool adoption, train teams on AI workflows, and measure business impact.

Requirements:

• Value Modeling: Proven experience in B2B value engineering, ROI/TCO financial modeling, and business analysis.

• Coding Skills: Comfortable reading, writing, and debugging code (Python, APIs, JSON).

• AI Tooling: Hands-on experience with AI developer tools (e.g., Claude Code, LLM APIs, prompt engineering).

• Consulting Mindset: Strong ability to translate business pain points into technical builds.

• Nice-to-have: Experience with Mediafly, Salesforce, or SalesTech tools.
