Job Description

• Manage and lead a team of SAP Ariba consultants, providing direction and guidance
• Oversee the implementation of SAP Ariba projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• Collaborate with clients to understand their processes and system requirements
• Design and configure SAP Ariba
• Provide guidance and support to clients in utilizing and customizing their SAP solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Ariba, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM processes and Success Factors modules
• Proven experience in designing and configuring SAP Ariba
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering successful SAP projects
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in full-cycle SAP Ariba implementation projects
• Certification in SAP Ariba is preferred
