Social Media & Creator Marketing Manager (Polish-speaking)

Location: Remote

We’re looking for a Social Media & Creator Marketing Manager to manage brands’ social media presence and creator collaborations. From content planning to publishing and reporting. 🚀

Your responsibilities:

• Identify and manage influencers and UGC creators, including outreach, negotiations, agreements and content delivery.
• Build monthly content calendars aligned with client priorities, promotions and product launches.
• Coordinate content, feedback and approvals, including briefing additional graphic assets.
• Adapt creator content for brand channels and write engaging copy in Polish.
• Schedule and publish posts and stories, moderate comments and respond in line with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate paid amplification with our media specialist.
• Monitor performance, prepare monthly reports and recommend improvements.
• Manage day-to-day client communication and keep deliverables on schedule.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in social media management and influencer or UGC marketing.
• Fluent Polish and excellent Polish copywriting skills - a must for this role.
• Good command of English.
• Practical knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, including publishing tools and analytics.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with experience coordinating creators and clients.
• A proactive approach and the ability to manage projects independently.
