Impact Advisors is seeking dynamic and motivated Epic Hospital/Professional Billing Application Architects to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team. In this role you will act as a leader in your application area, demonstrating expert technical skills for your application, providing regular mentorship to ensure the success of their application team, and oversee the quality of work product for your application and others. You will consult on and provide solutions that consider upstream, downstream, and enterprise effects of changes made within the system, and interact regularly with leaders at your assigned clients. You may contribute to engagement strategy and are accountable to the success of your assigned engagements. 

• Epic Hospital Billing Certification
• Epic Professional Billing Certification

Skills and Competencies

• Proven experience managing Epic implementations.
• Ability to interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one and group settings.
• Plan, budget, communicate issues and risks.

Additional Information

• Ability to travel up to 25%, as needed.
• Work schedule is typically M-F.

At Impact Advisors, we prioritize transparency and equity in our compensation practices. This role has a salary range of $130,000 - $140,000 and may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range accounts for various factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.

For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
