What Youll Do:

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

• Create and edit marketing materials, including emails, flyers, and social media content.

• Assist with website updates and content management.

• Coordinate marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities.

• Monitor and report on campaign performance and key metrics.

• Conduct market and competitor research.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Manage social media accounts and engage with target audiences.

• Help maintain marketing databases and contact lists.

• Provide administrative support for marketing initiatives and projects.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• 0 -3 years of marketing experience preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing platforms.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected base salary for this role is $80,000; actual base salary will be determined based on factors including candidate experience and work location. This role is classified as [exempt/non-exempt] under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

In addition to a competitive base salary, employees may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus, subject to performance and continued employment at the time of payout. All compensation is subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.
