Contracts Lead

Location: Puerto Rico; Remote

As a Contracts Lead here at Honeywell, you will handle all facets of contract formation and contract management including drafting, interpretation, negotiation, contract review, and administration of complex supplier agreements.

You will report directly to our Procurement Asst General Counsel and you’ll work in Puerto Rico on a Remote work schedule.

In this role, you will impact Honeywells contract management function and overall business operations by ensuring that final contractual documents drive growth and include all deal parameters approved in accordance with respective approval processes. You will ensure Honeywell business is conducted with the highest ethical standards, internal company policies, and local and international laws.
