Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Mental Health Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide mental health tele-consultations to members.

Details:

• Work Setup: Teleconsultation (Remote)

• Company Location: Ortigas Avenue, Pasig City (for reference only; role is fully remote)

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (preferably 2PM - 7PM)

• Rate: PHP 600/consult (45 mins to 1 hour)

  • Note: Rates will vary depending on experience and certifications

• Contract Term: 1-year engagement (open to negotiations)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide confidential virtual consultations and mental health assessments for members.

• Deliver brief interventions or first-line support for stress, anxiety, and other common psychological concerns.

• Refer cases requiring specialized psychiatric care or long-term therapy to appropriate professionals.

• Collaborate with the company on digital wellness initiatives, including virtual mental health programs and campaigns.

• Maintain accurate and secure electronic health records in line with privacy and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Masters in Psychology or Counselling or PRC licensed medical doctor with training in mental health and counseling

  • For Psychologists or Counselors: Active and valid registration with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as RPsy/RGC

• Prior experience with telemedicine or digital consultations

• Excellent communication, empathy, and clinical judgment

• Passion for promoting mental health and leveraging technology for accessible care
