Position Summary: 

Are you passionate about creating a delightful shopping experience and thriving in a dynamic, friendly environment? Hive Collective is seeking enthusiastic a Seasonal Sales Support Associate to join our team! This role is perfect for those who enjoy gift wrapping, assisting with store operations, and engaging with customers. We’re looking for individuals who can commit to at least 2-3 days a week, including availability on 2-3 Saturdays per month. Our store hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM. 

This is a seasonal position: Sept/October through Feb/March. Possibility for longterm employment may be assessed post-season .

Note: You must be available to work the weeks surrounding Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Stores will be closed on the day of the holidays.

Position starts at $18 per hour; final rate based on qualifications and experience

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude. 
• Skillfully wrap gifts and assist customers with their purchases. 
• Support the processing and organization of merchandise shipments. 
• Assemble and prepare toys and products for display and customer purchase. 
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our diverse product range and services. 
• Monitor inventory levels, restock items as needed, and assist with inventory management. 
• Adapt to various tasks and support different areas of the store as required.

Requirements

Qualifications: 

• Eagerness to learn about our extensive product collections and deliver informed customer service. 
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Mac OS applications. 
• Available to work 2-3 days per week, including at least 2-3 Saturdays each month.

Physical Requirements: 

• Capable of lifting and moving small to medium-sized items (up to 15 lbs) using appropriate techniques. 
• Ability to navigate effectively throughout the store, including the sales floor, stock room, and cash wrap areas. 
• Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of standing.

Hourly Range

$18
