SEO Operations & Local Search Manager
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom; Hybrid
The SEO Operations & Local Search Manager is responsible for the operational delivery of Hiltons search visibility programmes across EMEA.
The role ensures hotels, destinations and brand content remain discoverable across traditional search engines, AI-powered search experiences and local search platforms.
Acting as the bridge between strategy and execution, the position coordinates agency delivery, content deployment, localisation programmes, platform optimisation, hotel enablement, reporting and governance activities that directly support organic traffic, bookings and brand visibility.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, data-driven and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, agencies and markets. They will leverage AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, automate workflows, analyse information and quickly learn new systems and technologies.
