Ihre Aufgaben:

• Eigenverantwortliche Mitwirkung und Durchführung nationaler sowie EU-weiter Vergabeverfahren

• Kompetente vergaberechtliche Beratung der Geschäftsführung sowie Konzeption und Durchführung interner Schulungen

• Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung laufender Vergabeprozesse

• Projektspezifische Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internen sowie externen Projektbeteiligten

• Prüfen der Unterlagen der Subunternehmen, bei Ausschreibungen oder freihändigen Vergaben

• Sorgfältige Prüfung und Qualitätssicherung von Vergabeunterlagen

• Betreuung der eingesetzten Vergabeportalen

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Fristen sowie Überwachung der Prozessabläufe

Unsere Anforderungen:

• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vergaberecht wie GwB, VgV, UVgO, VOB, VOL

• Anwendungskenntnisse in der e-Vergabe Plattform, OBA, Oefa, Signaturclient für Vergabestellen und Vergabestatistik oder vergleichbare Vergabemanagementsysteme

• Kenntnisse im Verwaltungsrecht

• Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit mind. 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung

• Einschlägige Erfahrung mit dem öffentlichen Auftraggeber und deren Ausschreibungen im technischen Umfeld
