Identity and Access Management Administrator

The Opportunity

Help protect the systems, data, and people that enable Homecare Homebase to deliver innovative software solutions for home-based care organizations. As an Identity and Access Management Administrator, you will manage the identity lifecycle across the organization, making sure employees and partners have the access they need while maintaining strong security and least-privilege controls.

 

You will work with business units, application and data owners, Internal Audit, information security, IT teams and vendors to deliver reliable IAM services. Your work will help strengthen access governance, support audits and regulatory requirements, and improve the experience and efficiency of access administration across Homecare Homebase.

 

Hybrid. This is a position based in Dallas, TX.

 

 

What Youll Do

• Administer user provisioning, deprovisioning and identity changes across enterprise systems in accordance with approved requests and the identity management lifecycle.
• Maintain and continually improve the organizations role-based access control architecture, ensuring roles align to job responsibilities and the principle of least privilege.
• Create, modify and disable user accounts after confirming appropriate approvals, and keep access current for terminations, transfers, role changes, new systems and regulatory requirements.
• Process access-management requests accurately and on time, update related tasks and meet service-level targets.
• Improve and automate access-request and user-administration workflows to increase consistency, efficiency and auditability.
• Plan and perform periodic access reviews with application and data owners and business leaders to confirm that access matches job function.
• Develop and maintain procedures, documentation and audit practices for user administration, access governance and identity operations.
• Support information-security audits, regulatory compliance activities and remediation of related findings.

• Partner with system administration, security and project teams to integrate IAM capabilities with applications, infrastructure and business initiatives.

   

What Youll Bring

You bring disciplined identity governance, strong security practices and dependable access administration to the organization. You will maintain and improve the RBAC architecture, strengthen access reviews and automate routine processes to help ensure employees have the right access at the right time while reducing risk, supporting compliance and enabling teams to work efficiently.

 

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of experience administering, maintaining or implementing IAM solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with single sign-on, multifactor authentication, SAML and federated provisioning.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with peers, business partners, customers and senior leaders.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, remain dependable and adapt to change in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Comfort working within enterprise change-management procedures and IT service-management processes.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry, including familiarity with HIPAA, PCI or SOX requirements.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM concepts.
• Experience using and Okta.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CIPT, CIMP or ITIL Foundation.
