This position is responsible for performing behavioral health case management in accordance with accepted department criteria; consulting with physicians, providers, members, and other resources to assess, plan, facilitate, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and advocate options and services required to meet an individual’s and family’s comprehensive health needs; using communication and available resources to promote quality, cost effective outcomes; serving as liaison to providers, physicians, and members.

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
* Registered Nurse (RN) OR Masters-level Behavioral Health Professional or Doctoral degree in a Behavioral Health field (LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, RPsy) with a license to practice at the independent level in this field.
* Current, valid, unrestricted clinical license in state of operations (IL).
* 2 years clinical experience (post licensure at the independent practice level) of direct clinical care to the consumer.
* Utilization management, discharge planning or managed care experience.
* Customer service oriented.
* PC and database experience.
* Verbal and written communication skills

PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
* MUST be licensed to practice at the independent level for this role. The # of years of clinical experience required for this role is post licensure (# of years) at the independent practice level
*If a Registered Nurse (RN): must have at least 2 years psychiatric clinical experience (post licensure) of direct clinical care to the consumer.
* Case Management Certification (CCM).
* 3 years clinical practice experience.
* Familiarity with ancillary services, for example, wellness or community-based programs (housing, family support services).
* Provider side insurance experience.
* Familiarity with Utilization Management or Case Management activities and standardized criteria sets.
* Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Polish.

* This role is a part of a dedicated custom team, where candidate will be expected to represent the team’s work during client audits.

* Efficiency in Microsoft Teams and use of virtual training/productivity tools.

* MUST have Client-interfacing experience, good communication and presentation skills and effective at problem solving.

* Travel requirement - up to 2% occasionally for onsite presentation in the Downers Grove office.
* Work Hours- Within business hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
*Must work well with interdisciplinary team and is able to adapt to change.

This is a Remote/Work-From-Home role for Illinois (IL). Travel requirement - up to 2% occasionally for onsite presentation in the Downers Grove office.
Work Hours are within business hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.

Compensation: $61,500.00 - $136,100.00
