About This Role

Were hiring a Senior Product Manager to become the single-threaded owner of Supervisory Billing — the feature that lets provisionally licensed therapists deliver care under a supervisors billing and oversight. The feature already works and generates revenue; we believe it can grow into a $50M+ opportunity. This person will scale the existing footprint and build new products on top of it, including a potential marketplace matching supervisors and supervisees.

What Youll Own

• Youll be the single threaded owner of Supervisory Billing from end to end — strategy, roadmap, and outcomes, toward a $50M+ business

• Drive state and payer expansion to grow the addressable market

• Maximize the operational efficiency that will be required to scale this product to thousands of customers and appointments

• Design and ship new growth products on top of the core feature, starting with a supervisor/supervisee marketplace concept
