Why Hawk-Eye & Why iHawk?

From training sessions with IPL franchises to international matches with the England team, the system has been tried and tested in a wide range of scenarios.

As an iHawk Systems Operator, you will be delivering our world-renowned ball-tracking and player analysis system and providing other officiating and broadcast-enhancing technologies at cricket events both remotely and around the world. This role provides a genuine opportunity to create a direct impact on the biggest occasions and moments in cricket; this could be providing the data that leads to a players selection for an international side, or offering broadcast analysis at a cricket World Cup.

Our powerful hardware and software will allow your creativity to flourish, with ideas and innovation being the main tools behind our success. You will get the opportunity to work with passionate, innovative, motivated and intelligent people throughout the company, who will continually try to push your personal development and engage with your desired career path.

  • Building and maintenance of kits in the office;

  • Going away to install broadcast services and permanent installations for cricket boards.

As part of our team, you’ll take on a central role in ensuring smooth, accurate tracking of sessions, whether monitoring them live or reviewing them retrospectively. Youll be the key contact for our analysts, offering guidance and solutions remotely to ensure they can work seamlessly.

In collaboration with our talented developers, you’ll help test and refine software components, suggesting improvements to enhance system performance. Your hands-on skills will also come into play as you build and maintain kits in the office, keeping our equipment ready for action.

This role has a dynamic, on-the-go element, too! You’ll occasionally travel to set up for cricket boards, manage broadcasts, and handle installations, assisting the full lifecycle of our innovative systems on-site.
