Front of House Manager

Hart is all about high standards meeting human connection; the people in the front of house are absolutely crucial in maintaining this. We are looking for an experienced FOH Manager to help shape the way we best represent our craft in-shop.

We are looking for a leader with an authentic passion for service, a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, and a proven track record of leading a diverse Front of House team.

• Completing a monthly stock take & weekly orders to maintain healthy inventory

• Securing your shops standing in the community; develop strong ties to regulars and neighboring businesses

• Being professional and aware of everything around you, while keeping it light and having fun - both with guests and the team

• A motivational leader with strong communication skills; you thrive in a people-facing environment

• Experienced hospitality professional; you understand the industry locally and beyond, and Hart’s mission within it. Experience in specialty coffee is a bonus.

• Detail-oriented; you care deeply about upholding the highest level of quality on all fronts

• You look forward to innovating and improving the way your team works and how the shop functions

• You have foundational administrative skills; you can stay on top computer-based tasks that keep the shop stocked, staffed, and thriving

• Legal working status in the EU/Denmark
