Salesforce Senior Associate Consultant

Harbor is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Senior Associate Consultant with 6–8 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and integration development to join our team. This role involves hands-on software implementation for Legal Technology, client onboarding, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You’ll play a key role in bridging technical capabilities with business needs while continuously improving our support and implementation processes. 

This is a remote position that can be worked from anywhere in India.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Implement, configure, and support Salesforce and other Legal focused software solutions based on customer requirements. 
• Engage with clients to understand their business processes and recommend suitable configurations. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently, coordinating with technical teams as needed. 
• Be open to learning new technologies, such as Luminance, Litify, Agiloft, Ironclad, Onit, TeamConnect, iManage, and NetDocuments to support Harbor implementation projects. 
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment. 
• Serve as a liaison between product, engineering, and customers to advocate for user needs and product improvements. 
• Contribute to the creation of documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge bases. 
• Manage multiple priorities and maintain clear communication throughout implementation or support lifecycles. 
• Identify areas for process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
