Strategic focus is to deliver a high-quality, personalized gaming experience, leveraging advanced technology and localized services to cater to the preferences of the different Latin American players. Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms.

• Manage a portfolio of LatAm VIP clients and provide personalized support to each user;

• Build long-term client relationships through regular communication and proactive follow-ups;

• Improve client engagement and retention through personalized promotions and campaigns;

• Monitor client activity and identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance;

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a high level of service;

• Welcome new VIP clients, re-engage inactive users, and maintain accurate client records.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

• Previous experience in VIP account management, customer support, sales, or a similar client-facing role;

• Strong English communication skills - Upper Intermediate level;

• Spanish will be a plus but not mandatory;

• Experience managing client requests independently and handling multiple priorities;

• Ability to build client relationships and provide personalized support;

• Experience working in the iGaming industry.
