Strategic focus is to deliver a high-quality, personalized gaming experience, leveraging advanced technology and localized services to cater to the preferences of the different Latin American players. Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms.

• Own the gamification strategy end-to-end, design, launch, and continuously optimize mechanics to drive player engagement, retention, and lifetime value;

• Analyze player behavior and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable initiatives;

• Build and manage complex gamification campaigns, tournaments, missions, challenges, and loyalty programs across multiple brands and markets;

• Define A/B testing frameworks and segmentation logic to validate mechanics and maximize impact;

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with CRM, Product, BI, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive player experiences;

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to introduce innovative, best-in-class gamification solutions;

• Mentor junior team members and share best practices across the gamification function;

• Prepare reports, insights, and strategic recommendations based on campaign performance and player behavior.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

• 2+ years of experience in Gamification, CRM, Product Marketing, or Retention within iGaming, including a track record of owning gamification initiatives end-to-end;

• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in KPIs, player segmentation, retention metrics, and A/B testing;

• Proven experience designing and managing gamification tools, campaigns, and engagement mechanics at scale;

• Ability to lead projects and align cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment;

• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
