• Manage the daily operations of the outbound team;

• Monitor team performance and ensure KPI achievement;

• Conduct 1:1 meetings, team meetings, and regular performance reviews;

• Analyze team and campaign results to identify trends, weaknesses, and growth opportunities;

• Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to management;

• Support agents with coaching, guidance, and performance improvement plans, onboarding;

• Create and improve communication scripts and outbound approaches when needed;

• Help optimize workflows, processes, and communication strategies;

• Maintain high standards of communication quality and team efficiency.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

• Previous experience as a Supervisor in an outbound call center, sales, retention, or customer support environment;

• Experience in iGaming industry;

• Strong understanding of sales communication and outbound operations;

• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with KPIs and performance data;

• Leadership skills and experience managing a team;

• English level - at least Upper-Intermediate.
