GrabFood, a food delivery platform in Southeast Asia, is looking for an Account Management Specialist to join our team in Thua Thien Hue, Vietnam.

Get to Know the Role

You will manage our merchant partners, ensuring their success on the GrabFood platform.

You will report to Manager, Key Account Management - Expansion

You will work onsite at Da Nang city.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will manage a portfolio of important merchants with a focus on building lasting relationships and increasing profitability/revenue.
• You will communicate with important merchants for merchant-funded promo programs, partnerships, new products, and new features.
• You will identify bottlenecks and potential issues related to merchant operations and provide solutions to these issues.
• You will improve growth of important accounts by analyzing data and developing plans to increase profitability/revenues aligned with country targets.
• You will implement business improvement projects to create value for both merchants and Grab.
• You will evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• You will work across departments to tailor merchant-specific needs, such as customized reporting, marketing support, and integrations, and lead by collaborating with merchants and operations teams.
• You will stay updated on industry trends, new technologies and changing consumer preferences in F&B.
• You will always gather feedback and look for ways to improve skills and performance in the role.
• You will coordinate with the merchant and departments to further develop services within the Grab ecosystem, including omnichannel, GrabMart,..

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• You have 2 years experience in account management, business development, partnerships, or an equivalent role.
• Experience with the food delivery industry and e-commerce market trends
• Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
• Experience working in the food delivery or e-commerce industry
