Job Description

[What the role is]

Gain experience in instructional design and adult learning programme development for community leadership contexts;
Develop multimedia content creation skills and learn to design engaging visual and audio materials for training purposes; and
Learn about Communities of Practice facilitation, knowledge management, and best practice sharing methodologies.

[What you will be working on]

• Assist in designing and developing learning activities and content for ACWP;
• Create multimedia communications materials including visuals, audio content, infographics, and digital resources to enhance learning experiences;
• Support briefing sessions and CoP with learning facilitators and other key stakeholders; and
• Support documentation and progress tracking of ACWPs.
