Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC)

Location: Washington State
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually + Benefits

We are seeking a Washington-licensed therapist to provide individual and group therapy through telehealth, with responsibilities including assessment, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and referrals when needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled individual and group therapy sessions
• Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical information
• Establish treatment goals and contribute to treatment planning
• Document client progress and clinical concerns accurately
• Respond appropriately to changes in client needs
• Refer clients to additional services or resources when indicated
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable Washington licensing and professional requirements

Requirements

• Masters in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active Washington license (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC)
• Experience with telehealth platforms and online documentation
• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
